Conclusion of the Contract of sale

Sales Price

• All the product’s sales price are exposed and indicated on the website. They all exclude VAT that will be calculated at the end based on your country as OSS VAT LAW 2021 required.

Deliveries

• Order will be processed within 10 working days.
• Order placed until saturday will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, to allow plants to stay outside as little as possible.
• celaorchidee.it reserves the right to not make shipments during extreme heart or cold periods. In this case, the shipment date will be agreed with the customer.

Shipping methods

Shipping address must be clearly witten. It’s customer’s responsability to provide the correct informations.

The company will not be responsable of the resending costs of the parcel caused by an incorrect address.

• NOTICE: during holiday or emergency periods shipments may be delayed.
• Shipping are not covered by insurance.

During cold periods, it may be possible to add an heat pack to the parcel, to allow the plants to stay warm during the trip, at the cost of 2€. Complains for damages caused by cold are not accepted, there is no insurance for frost, so please think on that before order in full winter.

Risks and transports

Goods always travel at customers risks. The company will not respond of damages occurred during the transport: damages should be directly argued with delivery carriers.

Payments

• To pay, the customer may select one of the option indicated in the order’s form.
• The custumer is the only respondable of the information provided, therefore ensures that using only cards legitimely owned.

Flowering plants

• CELAORCHIDEE.IT reserves the right to not send plants will flowers or buds, because they could be damaged during the transport. The customer can see all the avaible flowering plants in the ‘Flowering’ section of the website. Celaorchidee.it will be not responsable of the flower and bud’s integrity. Claims and return will not be accepted in this case.

Customers obbligations

• Information provided by customer must be real personal information not third parties information, not invented information. Celaorchidee.it reserves the right to legally pursue any viilation or abuse in the interest of the customer.
• The customer idemnifies Celaorchidee.it for all responsabilities arising from a wrong tax documents emission.

Shippings, claims, returns and refunds

Claims

• At the moment of the delivery, the customer must verify the integrity of the parcel, the quality and quantity of what inside. In the event of  discrepancies, the customer must be report that within 7 working days. Any notification arrived beyond that limit will not be taken into consideration.

Returns

• CELAORCHIDEE.IT reserves the right to replace the product just in case that the product does not comply with the customers order.
• Given the delicate nature of product, it will not possible to accept returns of compliant product.
• Plants always travel at customers risks. The company is committed to providing the best packaging possible and to choose the best shipment company.
• Costumers may refer the return request for all materials present on the website within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Products must be return complete in their original wrapping and external packing, in the same condiction in which they were delivered.
• The returned product must be delivered to the shipment company within 14 days from date of the customer’s comunication to the company of the wil of return the products.
• The customer must bear the cost  of returning the products and resending.

Refunds

• If the right of withdrawl is exerted according to the following directives celaorchidee.it will refund the money paid with the exception on any extra charges the customer requested.
• Whatever the payment method you used, celaorchidee.it makes the refund no later then 14 days after the date we receive your goods.

Dimension and size

• Given the nature of the products, dimensions may vary from a few centimeters to several meters depending on the species.
• For plants indicated as:
  “Plants at N year to flower” it mean that plant need N year to get the first flower.
  “Flowering size plant” are plants that should bloom whithin a year. It is mature enough that it should be able to bloom anytime but a year is a realistic timeframe.
  “Adult plants” are plants that already flowered multiple times.
• The plants ability to reflowering can not be attribuited to celaorchidee.it
• Pot’s dimension may vary depending on availability.
